TNCG Skills Empowerment Project will deliver group, interactive, fun and community integration focused training/networking sessions for young people aged 11yrs-18yrs living or studying in Basildon. Participants will be empowered to achieve higher academic attainment, improved employability and community engagement skills. Skills obtained will compliment both formal and informal education whilst enhancing personal development. Participants will be empowered to make good life choices, become self-aware and self-confident. This project is an early intervention initiative aimed to prevent young people entering NEET.
