The project delivered facilitated and interactive project management/leadership training to the residents of Pitsea and those delivering projects for the community. This training will improve management skills, employment prospects and personal presentation. Developed skills gained from training are transferable from job to job and industry to industry.
The project delivered the following benefits the following participants:
- Unemployed who want to get back into employment or start a business
- Those who may already be working (low income) but want to develop their skills
- Those who run their own (low income) business but want a more structured way of doing it
- Those delivering community lead projects
- Anyone who wants to learn about project management and leadership, who do not have enough income to pay for it themselves
