This project was delivered in January-March 2016 to a group of 12 young people aged 13-18 in partnership with Essex County Youth Services as a pilot project for future projects to support the ever growing young BAME community in Basildon. The Project’s main objective was to provide guided direction to inspire, motivate and improve the lifestyle of these young people inorder for them to have a better chance of success in life.
The pilot delivered 6 coaching / mentoring sessions covering: Beliefs / Values, Discipline, Environment, Opportunity, Goal Setting and Focusing. It also included a celebration at the end of the programme which was attended by parents.
